The Modern Female

The Modern Female is a blog designed to encourage and inspire women, from all walks of life, to live a more fulfulling life exploring all the beautiful, delicious, heartfelt moments around them. Blogger, Jennifer Capunitan, writes on relevant topics such as relationships, family, faith, fashion, food, travel, health & fitness, DIY, Giveaways & Products, and Real Modern Females (women making an impact through their own unique abilities).

Capunitan's inspiration for TheModernFemale.com came from some extensive research that she did for one of her public relations clients in 2015. She discovered that most blogs for women focused primarily on 1 or 2 topics. However, she created a blog where women could read about many different topics that would spark their interest and improve their lives. She started her blog in early 2016 and has seen significant growth in the past year and a half. Capunitan states, "It has taken a lot of extra dedication, extra cups of coffee, and brain power to write at least one-to-two articles per week on my own while running my other PR company, but whenever women email me or comment on my blog saying how much they were inspired on encouraged--every sleepless hour is worth it."

Capunitan believes that women are brilliant "multi-taskers" who want to take on every problem, every project all at one time, and take much pride in what they can accomplish in one day. Capunitan states, "I am a multi-tasking addict and love to explore many things all at one time. I wanted to create a site where women could find and "talk" about everything that runs through their brains. I love encouraging women. It is my passion and I hope that TheModernFemale.com becomes a safe haven where women feel loved, respected, inspired, and safe to be their true selves."
